Teresse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds a credential in School Social Work (PPSC) from the University of Southern California (USC).
As the Executive Director of TEC, Teresse Lewis brings over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic and evidence-based interventions on behalf of society’s most vulnerable populations, including children in foster care and residential treatment centers, youth impacted by severe mental health disorders, and families involved in the child welfare court system.
Teresse is a highly sought-after trainer and consultant for school districts and community-based organizations, teaching them strategies to effectively serve school-age youth. She has been instrumental in implementing and expanding an award-winning student assistance program and continues to write more programs and train providers to improve the well-being of youth.
