Tiffany Baker is a passionate advocate for strengthening and building resilience in Youth and Families. As a former foster youth, Tiffany recognized the critical need for families to develop resilience and be strengthened. Tiffany founded The Empowerment Center, a thriving Non-Profit, that provides education and training to youth, families and social service professionals. Tiffany is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and uses her strengths expertise to equip program participants to successfully overcome generational cycles of abuse and poverty through a strength’s lens.
Tiffany’s programming makes her a highly regarded and sough after trainer within Riverside County. She is a pillar of her community, as she currently sits as the Chair of Community Action Partnership Riverside and oversees community partnerships with pillar organizations including The United Way of Inland Valley and Murrieta Valley Unified School District. Tiffany was named the 2014 Child Abuse Prevention Advocate of the Year by HOPE Collaborative for her advocacy through The Empowerment Center and she was also recognized by the Riverside Board of Supervisors for her work as a Child & Family Advocate in Riverside County.
