In this comprehensive 12-week virtual program, your personal story merges with clinical training, empowering you to be a trusted messenger to those around you! This program will empower individuals to turn their struggles into strengths while bridging the gap between wellness and well-being in the workforce. 

Through funded partnerships with the California Workforce Development Board’s High Road Training Partnership, California Division of Apprenticeship Standards, and the City of Temecula, this training builds a resilient workforce by helping those from under-resourced communities discover opportunities for quality jobs and supportive services needed to secure long-term career success.

TEC’s Social and Emotional Learning Institute provides skill-building opportunities, innovative training, and a community of belonging for students, parents, families, and youth-serving agencies. Our classes teach children and families essential skills to facilitate social development, focusing on managing big emotions and character building.
