In this comprehensive 12-week virtual program, your personal story merges with clinical training, empowering you to be a trusted messenger to those around you! This program will empower individuals to turn their struggles into strengths while bridging the gap between wellness and well-being in the workforce.
Through funded partnerships with the California Workforce Development Board’s High Road Training Partnership, California Division of Apprenticeship Standards, and the City of Temecula, this training builds a resilient workforce by helping those from under-resourced communities discover opportunities for quality jobs and supportive services needed to secure long-term career success.

Social and Emotional Institute
Do you want your kids to learn how to make and keep friends? Do you need parenting support and a place to find wellness tips for you and your children?
TEC’s Social and Emotional Learning Institute provides skill-building opportunities, innovative training, and a community of belonging for students, parents, families, and youth-serving agencies. Our classes teach children and families essential skills to facilitate social development, focusing on managing big emotions and character building. Weekly group sessions are held on ZOOM with trained Mental Health professionals. Sign up on our interest list for upcoming sessions!
Homeschool Virtual Classes
The Empowerment Center is now providing virtual classes at Pacific Coast Academy, Mission Vista Academy, and Cabrillo Point Academy! These 4-week academic and life skills classes for Middle School and High School students include our flagship Strengths Discovery Program, Tutoring, and our Financial Literacy classes on Job Readiness and Entrepreneurship.

Join us for our Strengths Discovery Program this Fall! This course helps middle school and high school students to discover what’s great about themselves! Students will develop strengths-based skills for learning, having resilience, and achieving their goals.
“It’s My Business” Entrepreneurship Course
In this course, students learn how to turn an idea into a business. The program introduces students to the process of problem-solving and provides an authentic entrepreneurial experience for students with each session building toward a product-pitch competition.
“It’s My Future” Job Readiness Course
In this course, we offer students practical information to help prepare them for the working world and achieve long-term success! Students learn about different career paths, how to write a resume, interview skills, customer service skills and more!
